Parents Enquiry Scotland
Parents Enquiry Scotland has been in existence for about 30 years, offering support to parents, carers and their gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender sons and daughters.
Confidential Helplines are operated by parents. They are not counsellors but have been through the experience of learning to understand and support their own children. Telephone calls are welcome at any reasonable time, but as their Helplines are operated from their own homes please leave a message or try again if you don't get through to us the first time.
Parents Enquiry also provide speakers to talk to interested organisations and have a comprehensive book list and leaflets available.
FFLAG is dedicated to supporting parents and their gay, lesbian and bisexual sons and daughters.
Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays is a UK-wide voluntary organisation with more than 40 telephone helplines and parents' groups which hold regular meetings across the UK.
FFLAG is dedicated to supporting parents and their gay, lesbian and bisexual sons and daughters. We offer support to local parents groups and contacts in their efforts to help parents and families understand, accept and support their lesbian gay and bisexual members with love and pride.
FFLAG provides a central point for exchange of information between parents groups and local parent contacts. Members are parents of lesbian, gay or bisexual sons and daughters. These young people and their families face serious homophobia in our society, which brings in its wake prejudice, bullying and alienation.
FFLAG supports the full human and civil rights of lesbians, gays and bisexuals and speaks out and acts to defend and enhance those human and civil rights.
