Get Out in Schools - Training for Students

LGBT Youth Scotland has been consulting with students in Scotland for the past 4 months.  We wanted to find out the ways you would like to get involved in schools work - challenging homophobia and making a difference to school pupils in Scotland.  We have gathered all your views, ideas and concerns and we are now developing a training course that we will deliver during September – December 2012 to 5 universities or colleges.

We are also running a half day pilot of the training to make sure we are getting it right!  This will run on Saturday 18th August in Stirling. Places for this training are now full, however you can still sign up and nominate your university or college to take part in the 2 day training later in the year.  To sign up please follow this link.

We will only use your details to send information about the project, there will be a further full application stage for the full training offered during September – December 2012.
