LGBT YS and Youth Scotland launch new National Learning Network

LGBT Youth Scotland and Youth Scotland are launching a new National Learning Network; a quarterly event consisting of training, best practice sharing, and advice and support around working with lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender young people. The network is aimed at Youth and Community Workers, Youth Work Volunteers and other professionals working with young people, but all are welcome.

Euan Platt, LGBT Youth Scotland's National Youth Work Manager said, 'The National Learning Network will provide a new forum for any professional or volunteer who is working directly with an LGBT youth group or just wants to ensure that they better include LGBT young people in their work. We are also delighted to be working in partnership with Youth Scotland on this project, as their expertise in youth work and range of excellent training courses will be a valued addition to each event.'.
