Love Equally march on Valentine’s Day!

Love Equally March and Rally for Equal Marriage – Tuesday 14th February, Edinburgh

We’ve made great progress towards equality so far, but we need to make sure the politicians don’t forget about us! We’d like to ask for your help to keep marriage equality high on their agenda by showing the love on Valentine’s Day…

The majority of the people of Scotland support equal marriage. Join us for the Love Equally March on the Valentine’s Day to clearly demonstrate that support and ensure the Scottish Government feel the love that exists in Scotland for marriage equality!

Join the LGBT National Youth Council, the Equality Network, Scottish Youth Parliament, NUS LGBT Campaign, Stonewall Scotland and supporters from all over Scotland to ensure that marriage equality remains high on the political agenda.

2:30pm  Assemble at Bristo Square. March Route - Forrest Road – George IV Bridge – Royal Mile – Scottish Parliament. Rally outside Parliament from 3.45pm.

The march is open to all supporters of marriage equality in Scotland, no matter what age you are! For more info and to register your attendance, click here.

(If you are and LGBT Youth service user and are interested in attending the march please email connie.bennett@lgbtyouth.org.uk.)

Contact Your MSP

The consultation closed on the 9th December but that does not mean the hard work is over, not by any means! The LGBT National Youth Council will be working hard to lobby MSPs in Scotland to voice their support for marriage equality and you can help by contacting your local MSPs by clicking here.

Thank you for your continued support! With your help we can make marriage equality a reality in Scotland!
