LGBT Youth Scotland undertook a project on the Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations (EESOR) in partnership with the Scottish Funding Council and NUS Scotland.
The aim of the project was to establish levels of awareness of the EESOR in vocational training settings and to look at LGBT Young people’s experiences of Colleges and Universities.
Using this learning, we developed a toolkit resource to support colleges and universities in promoting a more inclusive culture for LGBT learners and employees.
