LGBT Youth Scotland has been working with professionals and young people to develop new services and opportunities in the area.
Re-Launch of Perth and Kinross Youth Group – 16th September 6.00-8.00pm
After a wee while without a group there has been close partnership working with P&K Youth Services, who have moved into shiny new premises on Scott Street.
The re-launch will be an open evening for LGBT Young people under 26 and their friends and families by invite. Refreshments will be provided and there will be a chance to speak with workers, watch short DVD’s by other LGBT Young people, listen to live music by Steven Smith – a well recognised lovely singer from Edinburgh and also to have your say about the type of LGBT Youth service you would like to see in the area.

Workers Open Day – 16th September 2010 4.00-5.30pm
An opportunity for service providers across Perth and Kinross to come to the Youth City Base and find out more about including LGBT Young People in your services.
There will be information, DVD’s of young people’s experiences of good / bad practice / posters and leaflets for you to display within your agency and handy hints for inclusive practice.
