Survey for young people in Midlothian

Please fill out our new online survey of young lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people and friends who live or spend time in Midlothian.

Choose Life is funding LGBT Youth to do some work focusing on young people in Midlothian - so we would like to find out a bit more about what LGBT young people’s needs are in this area.

Your views are very important because they will help us to make a difference for LGBT young people.

You can help us to decide what sort of services and opportunities we will provide. There are only 10 of questions, and it should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
 
The questionnaire is completely anonymous. A summary of the results of the questionnaires will be put in a short report, which you will be able to access through the website. We will remove any personal information from your responses that could be used to identify you.
