Remote Reporting

We have expanded and redesigned the information on our website for Remote Reporting across Scotland.

Remote Reporting is the process used by victims of crimes who do not feel comfortable or are too afraid to contact the Police directly.  Victims can report homo/transphobic crimes to trained members of our staff team who can pass this on to local police forces who will assign an officer who will work with the victim and reporting organisation and take appropriate action.

Remote Reporting has different names and slightly different processes across Scotland and these depend on which police force covers your area.  We have contact information and links to all eight police forces in Scotland which can be accessed via an interactive map.

This information is available in our advice section and can be accessed by clicking here.
