Dumfries and Galloway Service Equality Survey
As part of the LGBT Centre’s equality and diversity commitments, we are looking to find out some information about the people who use our services. This information will help us to ensure that we take account of the diverse needs of all our users, and will be used to help us plan our work in the future.
The information concerns gender, age, disability, ethnicity, faith and sexual orientation. It would be very helpful if you would complete the attached and return it to info@lgbtyouth.org.uk by Monday October 5th 2009.
Given the nature and sensitivity of this information, you do not need to add your name to the response. The survey responses will stored securely and will be destroyed once the data has been collected and analysed. You also have the option of not answering a question if you do not wish to do so.
