Champion

Your organisation should appoint a Champion for the LGBT Charter who will take the work forward, be the contact for anyone enquiring about the LGBT Charter and be the contact for LGBT Youth Scotland. The Champion does not need to be LGB or T themselves but should have an awareness of the issues that LGBT people face.

The Champion will be responsible for co-ordinating a plan of action for the LGBT Charter. The Charter Development Officer will be able to assist you or give advice on your plan of action.
