LGBT Youth Scotland is a leading youth organisation and needs skilled, committed and enthusiastic people who want to make a difference to the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender young people in Scotland.

Policy and Participation Officer

£23,080 - £25,550, based in Glasgow, 1 year fixed term contract

Closing date: 18th March 2010   Interviews: 30th March 2010

Are you an excellent facilitator, who has experience and is confident in delivering workshops and training to both young people and professionals?
Do you have a working knowledge of the Scottish Parliamentary process and relevant Scottish Government priorities?
Can you Demonstrate commitment to equalities and human rights issues affecting young people?

Policy and Participation Manager

£26,331 - £28,680, based in Glasgow, 1 year fixed term contract

Closing date: 18th March 2010   Interviews: 31st March 2010

Do you have excellent people and project management skills, with a proven track record of working with a variety of stakeholders?
Do you have a working knowledge of the Scottish Parliamentary Process and relevant Scottish Government, UK and EU priorities?
Do you have experience of undertaking policy analysis through consultation with young people and professionals?

Domestic Abuse Development Officer

£23,080 - £25,550, Based in Glasgow, 1 year fixed term contract     

Closing date: 18th March 2010   Interviews: 6th April 2010

Do you have a good understanding of relevant school policies, and systems particularly in relation to bullying and equality?
Do you have experience in the development and delivery of training and workshops for both young people and professionals
Do you have a proven track record of undertaking successful monitoring and evaluation?

We also have an exciting new schools team within the Policy and Mainstreaming team, funded by the National Lottery through Big Lottery Fund

Schools Development Manager

£26,331 - £28,680, based in Glasgow

Closing date: 18th March 2010                    Interviews: 1st April 2010

Are you a good project manager with experience in managing people, budgets and project outcomes?
Do you have experience working with local authorities and schools?
Do you have an awareness and commitment to meaningful youth participation?

Schools Development Officer

£23,080 - £25,550, based in Glasgow

Closing date: 18th March 2010 Interviews: 7th April 2010

Do you have a good understanding of relevant school policies, and systems particularly in relation to bullying and equality?
Do you have experience in the development and delivery of training and workshops for both young people and professionals
Do you have a proven track record of undertaking successful monitoring and evaluation?
