LGBT Youth Scotland is a leading youth organisation and needs skilled, committed and enthusiastic people who want to make a difference to the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender young people in Scotland.

CORPORATE FUNDRAISING OFFICER
AP4 £22,408 - £24,806 (Full-Time)
Based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, with travel across Scotland

Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative events? Do you see fundraising for events as a challenge you are fit for rather than a barrier in your way? If so, then you might just be the person we are looking for.

You will secure sponsorship and support from companies and individuals for the work of LGBT Youth Scotland through events and campaigns. You will build the profile and capacity of LGBT Youth Scotland through high-profile, well managed events. You will have campaigns or corporate fundraising experience, excellent organisational and communication skills and a can do attitude to work.

NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Programmes Champion
AP5 £25,566 – £27,844 (Full-Time)
Based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, with travel across Scotland

You will be responsible for building the capacity of LGBT young people and the wider LGBT community across Scotland to participate through:

• Leading the strategic development of our national programmes
• Managing a team to deliver outreach & communications; fundraising; activities & events; volunteering and other community engagement opportunities
• Championing user involvement in all aspects of the Organisation’s planning and service delivery

Community Development Officer

Based in Dundee, with work across Tayside and Forth Valley

Working in partnership with key local stakeholders, you will be responsible for the development of our work with LGBT people, groups and networks in Tayside and Forth Valley; including their capacity, communication and engagement.
