Members of the Scottish Youth Parliament (MSYPs)

MSYPs are elected every two years and either represent a local area or a national voluntary organisation. LGBT Youth Scotland has two MSYP’s to represent the views of LGBT young people from across Scotland.

MSYPs are there to:
 

• To represent your views fairly
• Take part in debates
• To work on campaigns
• Question ministers and key figures
• To promote a positive image of young people and challenge stigma
• Consult with local authorities and national organisations
