Dumfries

The Dumfries LGBT Centre has been running since its launch on December 1st 2006.

It is the central hub for all LGBT services in the region and it has just had a brand new look with new drop in times.

LGBT Youth Scotland runs groups, drop-ins, internet outreach, information, support, events and volunteering opportunities for LGBT young people (12-25).

OUTFront, the flagship project for LGBT adults, also runs from the Dumfries LGBT Centre.

Why not come along, have a cuppa and have a chat with staff and volunteers on how you can get out more in D&G?

We also provide information and support for friends and families of LGBT people, and also for professionals who work in the region.

Staff can also act as a local contact for our national services, such as training for professionals, the LGBT Charter Mark Scheme, LGBT Domestic Abuse Project and LGBT History Month.

Our new public opening times are:

Monday – 1-5pm
Tuesday – 12-3pm
Wednesday – 2-5pm
Thursday – 1-5pm
Friday – Closed
