There are a range of agencies that you can contact for further support:

Reporting Agencies

Use these agencies to report abuse, racial hatred, inappropriate conduct towards a child (anyone under 16), or if you find any content that is upsetting and distressing (including images of sexual abuse of children)

Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre http://www.ceop.gov.uk - tons of resources, help, info, and more importantly, report abuse

Internet Watch Foundation http://www.iwf.org.uk - lots of contact numbers on reporting abuse, and you can report content that causes racial hatred

The Police http://www.police.uk/forces.htm - please select where you are to find your local Force

Support Agencies

All of these agencies can give you a range of information and support. Remember that it's good to have a range of people to speak to when you're needing help or feeling down.

Respectme - Scotland's Anti Bullying Service - http://www.respectme.org.uk

Breathing Space - Support for young men and their friends and families who need help or support around mental health or stress - 0800 83 85 87 - Open weekdays 6pm - 2am. Weekends 24 hrs (6am - 6pm)

Child Line - 0800 1111 - Open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week

Parent Line - Support for parents - 0808 800 2222 - Open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am - 5pm. Tuesday and Thursday 9am - 9pm

Bullying Line - Support for victims of bullying - 0800 44 1111 - Open Monday to Friday 3.30pm - 10pm. Saturday and Sunday 2pm - 8pm

NHS 24 - Speak to a trained health professional for help - 08454 24 24 24, text phone - 18001 08454 24 24 24

Young Scot InfoLine - Info about local services in Scotland for young people - 0808 801 0338 - Open Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm
