Sometimes, folk need to keep themselves to themselves to get a bit of space and relax,

People can do this online too, and you can also do it on here,

It can be great to get involved, but it's also great to take a time out and recharge,

All users have a 'control panel' where they can manage what's on their profile,

It's not a great idea to post your personal details (e.g. mobile number, email address, home address) on here, as these are personal for a reason!

Anything you post online can be seen by anyone - this includes photographs - and these can be edited, modified or defaced by anyone, so it's good to not post these publicly or share them. You can never know if the other person is really who they say they are.

Staff on the forums will have their contact details underneath everything they post - this is to make sure that everyone knows who we are, and can contact us if they have any concerns,

This includes if you are being bullied, upset or worried about other users on the forums

If you want to cancel your profile on the forums, all you need to do is contact me, and I'll do this for you,

All in all, if there's any more questions about what's ok and what's not ok to put on your profile, get in touch with me or another member of staff who can advise you,
