Mixed Bag proudly presents 'Redneck Tackno'

Mixed Bag is THE Queer Party in South West Scotland, held on the last Friday of every month – our regular club night in Dumfries for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender folk and their straight mates since October 2005!

September brings a new venue and a new vibe – Mixed Bag moves to our new home at the QOS Lounge at Palmerston (click here for a Google map and directions – postcode DG2 9BA) and to celebrate in style, we’ve teamed up with Trendy Wendy and the Tackno team to bring you a VERY special night!

Tackno is Edinburgh’s longest running cheesy club night, and with over 140 different themed events in more than a dozen venues over thirteen years, Tackno truly is a clubbing institution.  DJ Trendy Wendy spins a soundtrack of kitsch classics and timeless tunes, with Fancy Nancy and her hostesses providing tacky tributes and outrageous performances to add that special sparkle to your experience.
