Strathclyde Police Cadet Programme

Have you ever thought about joining the police but believed that you were too young?  

The Strathclyde Police Cadet Programme is your opportunity to join a winning team and take positive steps towards entry into the police service.

Are you?

• Aged 16-17                                                           
  
• Physically fit and conform to eyesight standard 
  
• A team player
  
• Highly motivated
  
• Have 3 years continuous residency within the UK or unrestricted access to enter or remain within the UK
  

This is a programme for Strathclyde’s young people, working on a range of diverse projects from dealing with victims of crime to taking enquiries from the public.

You will develop new skills, gain a nationally-recognised qualification and above all, get great work experience.
